Hands on Health the Maya Way Learn what an amazing piece of work you are and how your organs facilitate your body’s innate ability to achieve optimal health by helping your body self-regulate, self-repair and self-heal. Based on century old practices and current knowledge, this workshop is devoted to deepen your connection to your body’s natural instinct to heal through self-care, and enhance your spiritual and emotional health. Learn to perform the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal MassageTM on yourself and why it works like it does! An overview of other healing modalities such as diet, lifestyle and herbs will also be discussed.
