He will knowledgeably identify and expound on their many uses, as well as enlighten you as to how you can make them your allies on your path to health. His medicinal tinctures are gathered and made in rural Mississippi and Louisiana. His herb walks and classes teaches you how to identify local herbs and how to prepare herbs indigenous to the south.

Donna Caire will provide the grounds for your picnic. The artesian pool will be filled with its freshest water for those who want to take the plunge.

A delicious Indian vegetarian feast will be included..

And Megan Assaf will be here with her Louisiana Flower Essences!
